There are some meters to walk from the apron parking position to the main terminal, diversions and stairs, but that´s the theme around these construction sites called airports nowadays, so it seems

Pretty difficult to catch a picture of the plane at the gate here in Calgary, but it´s good enough to see the registration.
We have an E90 on schedule and so it looks like with C-FHIQ.

It feels like in prison!. Boarding from gate 16
3.10 pm, short ahead to schedule, 1.15 hours for British Columbia by "Air Canada". Departure from the 3863 meters runway "One-Six".
23 degrees and partly cloudy at the "Calgary International Airport".
The cabin looks like modern with the mixed blue fabric seats but anyway shows some well used signs
Cockpit crew is from Canada, the captain with a nice welcome after the boarding completed message and later on with an also nice bye-bye and the information that we started our descent.
Routing is via Kelowna at 35000 and later 38000 feet.
Legroom is ok at 32D/F and the safety card just for the case!.
The load is close to 100%, also biz pax on the way
Cabin crew is one middle aged and ok male FA,
one elder ok woman and also one middle aged asian woman, ok.
Service is bretzels and free drinks

And what feels like right above the final mountain we are on descent again

3.35 pm is ten minutes ahead to schedule, it´s sunny and the temperature is 21 degrees.
