Well, the weather was not really good at the "Manchester Airport" and with the inbound aircraft late, it leads for a more late departure.
And it was also not really good at the "Amsterdam Airport Schiphol", wind, a larger distance between approaching planes, therefore a late slot and finally the onward flight looks like one of the very low ontime departures. An SMS from KL informed me well. Ok, for the self service kiosks to catch a new boarding pass, Kl rebooked me to the first service out the next morning, no luggage to collect.
Down to the ground floor and the arrivals area where the service counter is located to catch a hotel voucher for the overnight stay at a nice 5 star location and good for a couple of hours sleep. In the end well done by KL.
