Well, the "Aeroporto di Milano-Malpensa Città di Milano" shows Italian efficiency. A system breakdown, all the screens, also at the gates showing something gone but definitely not the actual flights. Also the loadsheet calculation don´t work and is done manually. But finally we´re on the way for the "Flughafen Zürich".

The new Star Lounge is definitely a huge improvement. Nice seating, italian food options, hot, cold and sweet. For sure a place to stay a little longer!.
