There is a dedication to go and this time it´s worth it, what a difference to yesterday´s flight, to the Swiftair FA´s
The trip in one word:
SURPRISES

Bienvenido, a warm welcome dear readers,
January 2014 looks like not the standard January for me.
In fact there are January´s gone without a single flight at all
and now two or three or some more legs are done.
For Russia on these really special piece of metal and further for the Ukraine. For Greece after a long absence and a superwarm welcome to the rings.
Swiftair got my attention, too.

Anyone who has followed the previous story know that I´am at the Castillo de Gauzon hotel, ready for one of these lonely, short travel nights.
And short thereafter, so it feels like, this is not that far from the airport, but far to expensive to do it with the taxistas.
The hotels recommendation was to wait at the street close to the main bus stop and if you see the bus with the airport sign on the road, jump and wave to catch the drivers attention.
What I do and what works also in Spain, lucky me.
On the way for the airport by ALSA again, the fare is 3.00 Euro´s and not that long thereafter I´am at a dark and deserted looking place.

OLCI works well again 48 hours prior to departure with the UX website and my home printed boarding pass saved the time to wait in the Check-In queue. Ok, in theory, if there is one!.
We have the second part of the Tripsta confirmation here, the fare is just 35.00 Euro´s.
And the view on the screen shows me nothing out of the ordinary
No, this is definitely nothing out of the ordinary. The standard type of plane to fly here everyday in and out!
Security is less used to say the least and up for the gates we go
Where these "I´am the one with the low legroom" plane close to departure for BCN is good to notice in front of this pitch black background.
Money or energy saving or both, no lights, it seems they turn it on right when the plane is at the runway entrance
Bus boarding from gate 5 it is, sure ok, no rain and good for more coloured pictures, maybe.
Much to fast, ok I´am on the second bus and I should really go now

Leg no. 31 on type and new to the log. In the air first with Eurowings from 27.04.1995 and later joined Swiftair working together with 12 sisterships.

08.20 am, short after schedule, 1.15 "Swift" hours leaving the

from the very same runway "Two-Nine" like yesterday´s arrival.
Who on earth removes such a card from a plane, no one, definitely no one!
Cabin crew is one middle aged male FA with a really nice welcome, imagine he distributed newspapers after boarding and switched on every individual reading light for every pax who decided to take a paper, not seen this before.
And one young blonde, large, slim, also nice woman.
The load is 80% lots of biz travellers on the way.
Service is buy on board, the magazine and the menue
Cockpit crew is from Spain, the captain with nice and detailed infos during approach.
No route info, but flightlevel is 23000 feet.
The sun is coming up and this cabin looks like much better than yesterday with the well used dark blue leather seats.
The legroom is ok, but somewhat cold it was during boarding
