Departure from A45, ok, with this one maybe?
Ahem, the weather is so much better here in Belgium. South/Middle/North, rain everywhere
This is D-ACND "Meersburg", the CR9 like on schedule.
Leg no. 21 on type and warm welcomed, new to the log.
In the air and around with Eurowings since 10.07.2009. 23 examples are in the fleet and here is a "Meersburg" story:

One by one running for the plane
Leaving the "Luchthaven Brussel-Nationaal" at 5.20 pm, 25 minutes late, 50 "Eurowings" minutes from the 3638 meters "Two-Five-Right", 7 degrees and fierce rain.
Cockpit crew is from Germany. The female "Pilotin" with a nice welcome and an delay apologize, weather related, ok during boarding.
She´s again to hear inflight with some expected turbulence and the seatbelt sign stays on for the whole duration but it was nothing special at all. No route or flightlevel info.
The cabin looks like modern.
15 A/C and two for me here
Just a couple of cabin impressions preparing myself for what I usually do after the pictures.
Bright grey leather seats, good legroom, clean it is
Cabin crew is two elder women, both nice.
The load is 70%, close to all biz looking like pax.
No, not this way!
The FA´s informed also during boarding that every pax should take it´s orginial seat. It´s a short flight and with the different fare classes they have a sheet with pax to serve a meal.
Well, movielike sceneries anyone?.
Half asleep I hear someone talking about a cheese or ham sandwich.
No, I´am on the el cheapo run, my fare is as low as 45.00 Euro´s, fixed by Opodo together with 2 legs on Swiss and the previous one by Brussels, that´s definitely not me.
No OLCI, no seat change possible by the way.
No boarding paper also at MAD, but nice talking with the middle aged gate lady here in BRU helps definitely.
She cannot change the seat, but she can block the seat beside me, well done.
And she also shows me the screen with the expected planes late arrival time, more well done.
Ok, you know, half asleep I hear the same question again.
Well, isn´t it better to open up you´re eyes and check what´s going on?.
Thats me, definitely, she asks me and no one else.
Cheese in this case, but are you sure?.
She doublechecked the list: That´s what you´ve booked.
Well, ok, accepted!
Inside, nice.
And much more nice when you don´t expect something like this.
Back to the nap and soon thereafter at the
"Flughafen Stuttgart".
Runway "Two-Five", 6.15 pm, 15 minutes late, 6 cloudy degrees but a least it´s dry here
Bye now to Eurowings, Germanwings or whatever wings
And on the bus for the terminal
Here are the conclusions:
1.)Privilege Style LIS-MAD: Comfy and calm as it should be.
2.)Brussels MAD-BRU: Smooth riding and an supershaky approach.
3.)Eurowings BRU-STR: What a nice service surprise.
Ready for a new adventure?.
Maybe on an real english, wait isn´t it scottish, Saab?:
Well, we will see!.
Adeus,
take care, FLIEGER67.
The Tripreporter.
